The pulley cage is also 10mm shorter for improved clearance, further reducing the risk of damage. The system is completely water and dust proof to IP67K, so the elements are shrugged off with ease. The battery (sold separately) is shared with other AXS and eTap components, so can be swapped if needed and lasts between 20-30 hours of riding between charges.
