Mavic Ksyrium S Road WheelsetEngineered to boost road bike performance, this versatile wheelset is equipped with a robust maxtal aluminium rim construction that's ideal for commuting, club riding or clocking up the miles on your own. Lightweight and durable for everyday road performance, Mavic has also equipped it with a 19mm internal rim width that's laterally stiff and vertically compliant, giving you a more dynamic ride. Coming complete with improved UST tubeless technology, road riders can enjoy the benefits of greater stability, grip, comfort and less chances of flats. Lightweight Aluminium WheelsetThis Ksyrium S wheelset is 60g lighter than the former Ksyrium UST version, while also being wider, stronger and laterally stiffer. Stiffness is optimised using Fore technology. The upper bridge remains undrilled, optimising strength and rigidity, and it doesn't require the use of rim tape, which saves another 30g per wheel. The rim bed's revised shape makes it easier than ever to mount and remove tyres, and Mavic's UST Tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip while reducing the risk of punctures. Made in France, in Mavic's aluminium rim factory.Infinity Hub and Instant Drive 360 FreewheelThis model's Infinity hub platform optimises stiffness and power transfer with highly controlled spoke tension, while an Instant Drive 360 freewheel coupled with Mavic's automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto) delivers fast engagement and durability.
