What Is Prime - 9?PhilosophyPrime 9 Technology™ is a counter-intuitive philosophy based on the less is more theory. It embraces range without adding complexity. The outcome is fewer parts, reduced weight, and increased durability. Why Not 12?9 Is FineAs a newcomer to the drivetrain market, we didn’t see the need to follow convention. Adding range doesn’t require the addition of gears. Why not enjoy the range of a 12 speed with 9.Why Is 9 Fine ?DurableLess aggressive chainline vs. a 12-speed system. Be prepared for less system wear and tear.SimpleAll those clicks add up. Spend less time shifting and more time in the right gear.LightFewer cogs on the cassette reduce system weight. Box looked to their exceptionally popular Phase One number plates for inspiration when they designed the new Phase One bike stand. Made from durable injection molded ABS plastic, these stands have two large carrying handles and a wide footprint for stability. They can be attached side-by-side to other Phase One bike stands to create a row of stands and have an adjustable slot width, so they fit most BMX tire sizes. Each stand comes with two side panels that can be customized with your number or sponsor stickers. Or, because they are the exact same dimensions as the BOX large-size Phase One number plates, you can also use your custom number plate sticker so you can always find your bike stand in the pits.
