Nukeproof Horizon V2 Wheel ARD and Sealant Bundle Wheel Sets
  • £299.99
  • RRP £464.99
  • Saving you £35

This pair of Nukeproof Horizon V2 wheels comes equipped with the brand's extensively trailed and tested alloy blend, which includes a rim construction that's specifically made to meet the demands of both enduro and downhill (DH) riders. Producing a hardness similar to 7-series alloy but with the ductility and yield properties of a 6-series, this wheelset gives you the best of both worlds in terms of strength, stiffness and weight. Both rims have the same profile, but the rear has a thicker sidewall for added strength on the trails. Another benefit is it comes equipped with J-bend spokes, which means that tensioning and spoke replacement is quick and easy. Enduro ABEC 5 Bearings After extensive testing with various brands of bearings, Nukeproof chose to use Enduro ABEC 5 bearings in this wheelset. These bearings have the “LLU/LLB” seal type, which uses two lips that make light contact in a groove to create a labyrinth where the water or dirt has a more difficult time penetrating. LLU seals are similar, only the contact pressure or interference fit is greater to seal better. Enduro bearings have 80% grease fill on both sides whereas most other bearings have 35% grease fill on one side. This delivers full coverage, so there are no dry areas as well as avoiding metal on metal contact or wear. This means that the axle feels tight out of the box and after a couple of rides it will become free. Nukeproof Horizon V2 Hub The Nukeproof Horizon V2 rear hub has 102 points of engagement and comes in a range of freehub options. Freehubs are also available separately and easily changeable if you choose to upgrade your drivetrain in the future. The 148mm HG / XD hub can be converted to 141mm using end caps. The hub has also been machined to remove excess material and make it as strong and light as possible. Nukeproof has fitted these hubs with its louder pawls and springs, this gives the wheel a nice buzz as you head down the trail. If you prefer the quiet life, you can get the quieter ones which are available separately. What's Included? Wheels come taped with a tubeless valve installed, so all you need to do is fit your tyre and add sealant. The tubeless valve supplied is the new Nukeproof Horizon valve which is compatible with Nukeproof ARD and other tyre inserts as well as the cap having a core remover built-in. A pair of ARD inserts are also supplied to give you maximum protection and there is a 500ml bottle of lifeline sealant in the box too, all you need to do is add your favourite tyres. By using closed cell foam technology, the A.R.D is a very lightweight tyre insert, yet it offers you lots of protection. It enables you to run your tyres at much lower pressures without risking flats, plus gives you a much-increased grip for thrashing around the trails. In fact, it's so good that Kelan Grant, a CRC-Mavic sponsored rider was able to complete a stage of the EWS on just his A.R.D as his tyre had split. This kit optimises your Giga 290 into a custom super-enduro that ensures more front-end grip, enhanced rolling efficiency and playfulness on steep descents and technical terrain sections. GLUTTONY – HABITUAL GREED OR EXCESS. As riders, we are all guilty of the gluttonous sin; we never stop striving, never stop pushing, enough is never enough in the hunt for the ultimate. It’s a constant push for bigger, longer, rougher, and faster with ever-increasing demands on the performance and capabilities of our bike. The pursuit is endless, and the result is that the Giga is now available in an all-new 297 MX platform. This Nukeproof Giga 297c MX kit includes everything you need* to convert a 290c Giga frame into a 297c MX bike, running a 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel. Why would you want to do that? A mixed wheel set-up uses a 29” wheel up front to maximise grip and rolling efficiency and replaces the 29” with a 27.5” wheel out back. The smaller 27.5” rear wheel ensures nimble handling and extra clearance for riders when leaning off the back of the bike (Especially on steep terrain). No additional frame parts are needed to install the Giga MX Kit. All current Giga 290 frame parts will transfer to the MX Kit when installing as shown in the Install Guide. Note: You will require a Boost 148mm 27.5” Rear wheel and tyre, not included. New gear cable and brake olive and barb will be required in most cases. The Nukeproof GIGA: Gluttony is not a sin. For exact geometry please reference the GEO’ chart.  - Can I fit this myself at home? Yes, using the linked Install Guide and you are a competent mechanic with the correct tools and the know-how for using them. Due to the complex nature of a full-suspension frame, there are a lot of moving parts that must be installed and assembled in the correct order. It is also imperative that the correct parts are greased, thread locked or torqued to specification. Failure to do so would void the warranty of the frame. If you do not have the know-how, then please contact your local Nukeproof dealer or skilled service centre. For over 12 years, Nukeproof's best-selling model; the Mega has been racking up awards on Enduro stages and in the press around the world. With four Enduro World Series titles to its name, the Mega has become an icon that is synonymous with racing. Since 2009 the Nukeproof Mega has been on a constant development to meet the demands of Nukeproof's riders and customers alike. As a result, the Mega Carbon V4 frame is available for 27.5”, 29” or new Mixed (Front 29”/Rear 27.5” wheel sizes) wheel set ups, with each frame design tailored around each wheel size. Carbon Fibre Full-Suspension Enduro MTB Frame To optimise the weight, strength and stiffness, the Mega Carbon frame features a T700/800 UD woven carbon fibre frameset (Front and rear Triangle). The carbon swingarms helps reduce the unsprung weight on the rear of the bike, improving suspension performance. All forged parts are made from 6061-T6 aluminium.  After winning four Enduro World Series Titles in three years the V4 design is an evolution of Nukeproof's ultimate Enduro bike. At the heart of the frame is the brand's revised suspension Kinematic, designed to be more subtle off the top, whilst remaining progressive and predictable. Anti-Squat is used to create an effective pedalling bike that can be thrashed through technical terrain. The useable SAG range is also widened to allow riders to tune the suspension to the trails. Other key features include: ·        All new UD Carbon chassis ·        Improved suspension kinematics  ·        Tube-In-Tube design for easy cable installation  ·        All new geometry   ·        Optimised sizing/fit - Small to XXL ·        SRAM UDH  ·        Room for a 750ml water bottle inside the main front triangle    The updated Mega frame geometry features dynamic saddle offset which is designed to optimise seated rider weight distribution on each frame size. This is achieved through seat angles which are bespoke to each frame size. In addition, the actual seat tube is designed to be shorter overall with a bigger maximum insert depth so as to allow a longer dropper post if required.    Features: Material: Ultra Strong T700/800 Monocoque Carbon Fibre Fork Travel: 170mm Axle to Crown: 562mm Fork Offset: 37mm Rear Travel: 165mm Wheels Size: 27.5" Max Tyre Size: 2.6" Recommended Shock Sag (Measured seated): 30% Shock Size: 230x62.5mm Shock Hardware F: 25x8mm Shock Hardware R: 30x8mm Sizing Options: S/M/L/XL/XXL Headtube: 44-56mm Tapered Semi-Integrated Headset: ZS44-28.6 - T2 / ZS56/40 - B8 Bearings Required: 4x F6802 LLU MAX, 4x 6902 LLU MAX, 2x F6902 LLU MAX-EA Seatpost: 31.6mm (Internal Routing for Dropper Seatpost) Seat Clamp: 36.4mm Bottom Bracket: Threaded 73mm BSA Rear Hub: Boost 148x12mm Rear Axle: SRAM UDH Maxle Stealth M12x1.0 180mm (Thread Length 13mm) Chain Guide: ISCG05 Brake Mount: 180mm Direct Post Protection: 3D Contoured Rubber Frame Protection for DT/SS/CS Specification: Frame: Nukeproof Mega V4 275 Carbon, 165mm Travel, ultra-strong monocoque UD Carbon Fibre frame Internally piped cable routing ISCG05 mount Enduro bearings Threaded 73mm BB Boost 148mm rear axle spacing 3D contoured Rubber frame protection Factory fitted clear paint protection kit covering TT/DT/CS/SS. Nukeproof Dissent 290 Alloy Frame - Grey Full Sus Mountain Bike Frames
  • £1999.99

This full-suspension mountain bike (MTB) frame comes kitted out with a hydroformed and triple-butted 6061 aluminium build, which makes it impressively tough and dependable as you charge from trail to trail. Nukeproof has also equipped this model with race-ready geometry that includes internal cable routing for a hassle-free, sleek finish. Another highlight is its 157x12mm Boost rear hub spacing, which allows for maximum stiffness and control on the more demanding of terrain conditions. Coming complete with a RockShox Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate DH RC rear shock, this frame is engineered for smooth and consistent performance, wherever the trail leads you. “It makes me want to race some World Cups again (Sam Hill)". Racing is in Nukeproof's DNA. It comes from being developed and tested in conjunction with the world’s fastest racers. The updated Dissent platform shares some similarities with the Pulse at first glance, but if you dig a little deeper it is actually quite different. The main changes Nukeproof wanted to make were: - Simplify the design, to drop the weight and increase the front triangle stiffness. - More progressive leverage rate to increase the mid stroke support to make the bike pump better, sit higher in the travel, improve stability in corners and improve the liveliness of the ride. Structurally the most obvious change is an all new suspension design for the Dissent. In a move away from the Fallout Linkage; The updated Dissent’s rocker link is now positioned on the outside of the seat tube, rather than tucked inside a clamshell as before. This allows us to drop a fair bit of weight whilst increasing the front triangle stiffness at the same time. Race Ready Full Suspension MTB Frame  The suspension platform now uses a push rather than a pull link, helping to reduce the loads and stresses on the frame again helping to further save weight and improve durability. The result of all of this is that the Dissent frame is over 400g lighter than the Pulse. The Dissent platform was originally conceived by Nukeproof engineers as a concept to test several progression curve theories at once. However, in turning the theory into reality, Nukeproof created something much better than expected, and the prototype won on its international debut at Crankworx festival’s Garbanzo Downhill race with Sam Hill. It is not uncommon for different world cup riders to want a slightly different characteristic to one another depending on factors such as their riding style and whether they run flat pedals or not. The Dissent takes this into account with an adjustable main pivot flip chip, designed to essentially work like a bottomless token for a coil shock. The Dissent frame now offers riders the choice of 4 main pivot positions, which alter how progressive the suspension is. Cleverly the geometry and travel do not change between positions. Note: The sag difference between each setting is around 1% so you should not need a different spring rate. The Main pivot flip chips are fast and simple to change and offer a tailored factory set up for every rider! Further custom tuning can be done via Nukeproof's new three-position adjustable chainstay features interchangeable dropout inserts. The chainstay flip chips allow you to alter the wheelbase by 5-10mm depending on the type of track you’re riding, your height or riding style. The combination of frame adaptability, a custom hydroformed 6061 aluminium tubeset, a confidence inspiring 63-degree head angle and 190mm of travel via Nukeproof's new Dissent platform make this bike the privateers dream. The centrally-positioned shock and linkage system ensure optimum handling while other features include a true 1.5” head tube, ISCG 05 mounts and a 157mm x 12mm rear axle to keep things stable at the rear.   Features: Material: Hydroformed 6061 Triple-Butted Aluminium Size Options: M/L/XL Fork Travel: 200mm Axle to Crown: 602mm Fork Offset: 46mm Rear Travel: 190mm Wheels Size: 29" Max Tyre Size: 2.5" Recommended Shock Sag (Measured standing): 30% Shock Size: 250x70mm Shock Hardware F: 25x8mm Shock Hardware R: 30x8mm Headtube: 49mm Semi-Integrated Headset: ZS49-28.6  / ZS49/40 Bearings Required: 6x BB 6902 LLU MAX, 2x  63804-2RS MAX Seatpost: 30.9mm Seat Clamp: 34.9mm BB: Threaded  83mm BSA Rear Hub: Boost 157x12mm Rear Axle: Nukeproof M12x1.75 198mm Chain Guide: ISCG05 Brake Mount: 200mm Direct Post Protection: 3D Contoured Rubber Frame Protection for DT/SS/CS Specification: Frame: Nukeproof Dissent 290 Alloy, 190mm Travel Shock: RockShox Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate DH RC, Custom ML Tune, 250x70mm, Bearing End, Red Coil Spring (M=400LBS/L=450LBS /XL=500LBS SPRING) Headset: Nukeproof, 49IITS Custom-tuned rear shock configuration Internal cable routing Enduro Bearings Threaded 83mm BB Boost 157mm rear axle spacing 3D contoured frame protection Three-stage Dissent linkage 4 position adjustable linkage progression chip system 3 Position adjustable chainstay length Weight: 5.14kgs/11.3lbs

Nukeproof Reactor 275 Carbon Frame - Black Full Sus Mountain Bike Frames
  • £1499.99
  • RRP £2499.99
  • Saving you £40

This trail-ready full suspension mountain bike (MTB) frame features an ultra-strong monocoque carbon fibre build, which makes it more than capable of handling all the demands associated with all-day epics on the trails. Nukeproof has also kitted out this model with a high-quality Factory Series Fox Float X rear shock that offers excellent smoothness, tuneability and control as you charge across tree roots, rock gardens and debris. Ready for modern trail riding, its 148x12mm Boost rear hub spacing gives it increased stiffness and strength, while its updated geometry with internal cable routing delivers slick handling on the most demanding of terrains. From concept through to design, the Kinematics, the geometry and specification; the Reactor is designed from the ground up to be the ultimate aggressive trail bike. It is at home on technical climbs, but happiest when thrashing the most technical trails you can point it at. Full Suspension Carbon Fibre MTB Frame To optimise the weight, strength and stiffness, the Reactor Carbon frame features a full UD woven carbon fibre frameset (Including chain and seat stays). It is available for 27.5” or 29” wheel sizes. These are two totally different, compromise free frames that were designed and developed at the same time.  Each frame is simply tailored around each wheel size. Speed or play: which do you value more? The manoeuvrability of 27.5” or the raw speed of a 29”? Adjustable Geometry All Reactor frames feature a “flip chip” to adjust the geometry from “Trail” to “Rail mode”. Trail – As the name suggests, this setting is best suited for trail riding. It is for riders who get as much enjoyment from the climb as the descents. Rail - The Rail setting turns the Reactor into a corner shredder, dropping the bottom bracket 6mm and slackening the head angle by half a degree. It is there to maximise the descending capabilities. Suspension Design To ensure the bike could climb as well as it descends, Nukeproof designed the 4 bar horst linkage to have higher levels of anti-squat for climbing gears but lower levels when you drop down the cassette. This means that the bike can behave itself on the climbs but when you get it up to speed, it turns into a trail hooligan. The combination of low anti-squat and progressive rate give ultimate small bump compliance (removes rough trail and root chatter) with good mid-stroke support for cornering/pumping and end stroke progression for aggressive riding. Balanced anti-rise figures allow the Reactor some squat when braking hard, maintaining rider position and providing a good amount of pressure through the tyre to ensure traction. The Reactor is designed to reward the rider and ensure you get that stoke factor in on any ride.   Features: Material: Ultra Strong T700/800 Monocoque Carbon Fibre Fork Travel: 160mm (Comp 150mm) Axle to Crown: 555mm (Comp 545mm) Fork Offset: 46mm Rear Travel: 140mm Wheels Size: 27.5" Max Tyre Size: 2.6" Recommended Shock Sag (Measured seated): 30% Shock Size: 210x55mm Shock Hardware F: 25x8mm Shock Hardware R: 30x8mm Sizing Options: S/M/L/XL Headtube: 44-56mm Tapered Semi-Integrated Headset: ZS44-28.6 - T2 / ZS56/40 - B8 Bearings Required: 2x (6902 2RS), 4x (6800 2RS), 4x (6901 2RS) Seatpost: 31.6mm (Internal Routing for Dropper Seatpost) Seat Clamp: 36.4mm Bottom Bracket: Threaded 73mm BSA Rear Hub: Boost 148x12mm Rear Axle: SRAM Maxle Stealth M12x1.75 180mm (Thread Length 20mm) Chain Guide: ISCG05 Brake Mount: 180mm Direct Post Protection: 3D Contoured Rubber Frame Protection for DT/SS/CS Specification: Frame: Nukeproof Reactor 275 Carbon, 140mm Travel, UD woven Carbon Fibre frame Internal cable routing ISCG05 mount Enduro Bearings Threaded 73mm BB Boost 148mm rear axle spacing 3D contoured Rubber frame protection Two-position adjustable Flip chip system Shock: Fox Float X, Factory Series, Kashima, 2 Position, EVOL LV, Custom CM+, RM, Rezi LM tune, 210x55mm, Bearing End, 1x 0.2 spacer fitted Headset: Nukeproof, 44-56 IITS Weight: 3.6Kgs/7.9lbs (Medium option)

Nukeproof Dissent 275 Alloy Frame - Grey Full Sus Mountain Bike Frames
  • £1199.99
  • RRP £1999.99
  • Saving you £40

Well-equipped for fast and intense trail riding, this full suspension mountain bike (MTB) frame features a high-quality aluminium build that's specifically developed for the most demanding of rides. Nukeproof has put this model through a hydroforming and triple-butting process to ensure maximum strength and durability as you carve your way around the mountain. In addition, it is kitted out with a RockShox Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate DH RC rear shock that provides smooth and consistent rear end suspension performance as you charge from trail to trail. Another highlight is its comfortable geometry that includes internal cable routing for a clean, sleek finish. Structurally the most obvious change is an all-new suspension design for the Dissent. In a move away from the Fallout Linkage; The updated Dissent’s rocker link is now positioned on the outside of the seat tube, rather than tucked inside a clamshell as before. This allows us to drop a fair bit of weight whilst increasing the front triangle stiffness at the same time. Trail-Ready Full Suspension Alloy MTB Frame The suspension platform now uses a push rather than a pull link, helping to reduce the loads and stresses on the frame again helping to further save weight and improve durability. The result of all of this is that the Dissent frame is over 400g lighter than the Pulse. The Dissent platform was originally conceived by Nukeproof's engineers as a concept to test several progression curve theories at once. However, in turning the theory into reality, the brand created something much better than expected, and the prototype won on its international debut at Crankworx festival’s Garbanzo Downhill race with Sam Hill. It is not uncommon for different world cup riders to want a slightly different characteristic to one another depending on factors such as their riding style and whether they run flat pedals or not. The Dissent takes this into account with an adjustable main pivot flip chip, designed to essentially work like a bottomless token for a coil shock. The Dissent frame now offers riders the choice of four main pivot positions, which alter how progressive the suspension is. The combination of frame adaptability, a custom hydroformed 6061 aluminium tubeset, a confidence inspiring 63-degree head angle and 200mm of travel via Nukeproof's new Dissent platform make this bike the privateers dream. The centrally-positioned shock and linkage system ensure optimum handling while other features include a true 1.5” head tube, ISCG 05 mounts and a 157mm x 12mm rear axle to keep things stable at the rear.   Features: Material: Hydroformed 6061 Triple-Butted Aluminium Size Options: S/M/L/XL Fork Travel: 200mm Axle to Crown: 581mm Fork Offset: 46mm Rear Travel: 200mm Wheels Size: 27.5" Max Tyre Size: 2.5" Recommended Shock Sag (Measured standing): 30% Shock Size: 250x75mm Shock Hardware F: 25x8mm Shock Hardware R: 30x8mm Headtube: 49mm Semi-Integrated Headset: ZS49-28.6  / ZS49/40 Bearings Required: 6x BB 6902 LLU MAX, 2x  63804-2RS MAX Seatpost: 30.9mm Seat Clamp: 34.9mm BB: Threaded  83mm BSA Rear Hub: Boost 157x12mm Rear Axle: Nukeproof M12x1.75 198mm Chain Guide: ISCG05 Brake Mount: 200mm Direct Post Protection: 3D Contoured Rubber Frame Protection for DT/SS/CS Specification: Frame: Nukeproof Dissent 275 Alloy, 200mm Travel Shock: RockShox Super Deluxe Coil Ultimate DH RC, Custom ML Tune, 250x75mm, Bearing End, Red Coil Spring (S=300LBS/M=350LBS/L=400LBS /XL=450LBS SPRING) Headset: Nukeproof, 49IITS Custom-tuned rear shock configuration Internal cable routing Enduro Bearings Threaded 83mm BB Boost 157mm rear axle spacing 3D contoured frame protection Three-stage Dissent linkage Four-position adjustable linkage progression chip system Three-position adjustable chainstay length Weight: 5.03kgs/11lbs
