The Women's Agilis Helmet (MIPS) is all about maximum ventilation, minimal bulk and optimal protection levels, and all the while offering outstanding value. A total of 32 vents, complete with internal channels, ensures airflow is turbo-charged over the head while the Coolfit padding keeps sweat in check and it won't itch thanks to the anti-microbial finish preventing bacterial build-up. The Roc Loc® 5 fit system gives you optimal control of the fit ensuring the helmet stays in place and is most effective should you be involved in a crash. In the event of a crash, the MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) offers greater protection from the rotational forces of impact. MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head. Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.
