While the Foil Ultra main fabric gives you excellent emergency protection from wind and rain showers, the side panels are constructed using 'Glossy', a warp knit fabric that adds stretch and breathability to the jacket. Meanwhile, the double layer of fabric at the neck is highly elastic and comfortable, sealing out the elements from the upper chest. Assos have also been careful to design this garment to be as quiet as possible with a rustle-free fabric. Thanks to the regularFit of the Blitzjacket Mille GT you get a garment that is less compressive than a racingFit, but more fitted than the comfortFit. It nicely bridges the gap between the two fits and provides the ideal balance between comfort and performance. Assos have stripped back the construction of this jacket so you get pure performance with no fuss. The windproof and water repellent finish, plus a comfortable fit make it ideal for commuting or racking up the miles in training.
