The Dura-Ace 9100 brake has been developed to offer greater tyre clearance for up to 700x28c tyres while still maintaining the aerodynamic advantage of previous editions. It's now also up to 43% stiffer than previous Shimano Dura-Ace rim brakes and offers a linear braking curve for improved feel and function. Plus, the quick release (QR) arm now tucks in toward the main body when closed for improved aerodynamics.
