Hope Head Doctor Headset AdjustersIf you want your regular headset tightening and adjustments to be a thing of the past, then the Head Doctor is for you. Hope has made it from anodised aluminium with laser-etched graphics for a premium look. Its expander bung replaces the traditional "star nut" design for a safer hold with more even clamping force inside your fork’s steerer tube.When you install it, two aluminium wedges simply pull together and expand inside any 1.1/8 steerer giving you a solid thread to pull the stem down. Sounds simple?
