With a SRAM Apex 1x11-Speed gearset, a wide ranging 11-42T cassette and PRO 5.0 FM cable-actuated hydraulic disc brakes - this bike provides gears to climb steep hills superb all-weather braking performance, so you can ride anywhere with confidence. PRO 5.0 FM caliper brakes are powerful, mechanically actuated hydraulic brakes with full CNC construction. Due to tight tolerances and durable sealing, the return action of pistons may seem slow at first, but this effect disappears after a period of break-in.
