Each pack contains 3 x 400mm tubes. Two diameters are available, 5mm inner/ 8mm outer and 6mm inner/ 11mm outer.
Feed the guide cable through your frame using the magnet on your multi tool and the magnet on the guide cable to pass from exit to insert point. Then attach the correct asaptor from the multi tool to your cable that requires routing. Attach the magnet adaptor to this cable and connect the guide cable to the routing cable. Then simply drag the routing cable back through the frame by pulling on the guide cable. Sound tricky? It's really not.
