Our new Race Mount utilizes a two piece design that bolts together in the middle. A hinged 31.8mm clamp attaches to the bar with a single bolt hidden on the bottom of the mount. Initially available for Garmin mounts, the mount uses the same two bolt puck system which is compatible with their inserts for Wahoo. Compared to the standard mount, the Race Mount is still machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, but it sees more material shaved away in places like the clamp bands and an overall reduction in width to drop the weight. That ends up being a 15g drop from 48g to 33g!
