The hub shell is CNC machined in Barnoldswick, England from a single forged billet of 2014-T6 aluminium and uses a 7075 aluminium cassette body. Both these are now machined to allow fitting of the new generation of 11 speed cassettes from Shimano, but still allow for use of 9 and 10 speed Shimano and Sram cassettes by means of a removable spacer. Hubs are also available to suit Campagnolo 9, 10 and 11 speed cassettes. The hub is also fitted with our new 40 tooth ratchet with 4 pawl engagement, giving a quick, dependable drive.
All bearings are from world renowned manufacturers to ensure the highest quality. Also every hub shell and axle are produced in their Barnoldswick factory and checked and inspected to the highest degree.
The cage is made from carbon fibre and reinforced PA while the 17-tooth pulley wheels are made from aluminium and mounted with high quality CeramicSpeed coated bearings. The revolutionary OSPW System is mounted with CeramicSpeed coated bearings, which means it has undergone a special coating treatment to provide even more protection and lower friction. A very thin protective coating is applied to the bearing races, which further increase the resistance to corrosion or damage from foreign objects. The OSPW has been tested and confirmed to be the world’s fastest pulley wheel system, therefore enhancing your performance with free speed, which gives you a more efficient drivetrain. Maintenance It’s important that you properly lubricate your bearings in order to ensure optimal performance and maximum longevity. Add oil to the outside of the bearing seal, so that oil can penetrate the bearing. Do this when you lubricate your chain, or if you have washed your bike or have been riding in wet or muddy conditions. This revolutionary OSPW System is developed, produced and assembled by hand in Denmark. This plug-and-play product is the result of an in-depth development process and has been designed for optimal performance. Created to answer the need for less friction (as much as 60%), increased speed and a more efficient drivetrain. This OSPW System helps you ride any distance comfortably. Developed and designed entirely by CeramicSpeed the Oversized Pulley Wheel System for Campagnolo is advanced for the optimization of bike performance. Everything from bearings to the cage is made from the highest quality materials. The oversized aluminium pulley wheels are fitted with standard or coated CeramicSpeed Bearings, which reduce friction to the minimum. The 13-tooth/19-tooth OSPW for Campagnolo provides a 40% lower friction over a standard 11-tooth Campagnolo pulley wheel and fits up to a 32-tooth cassette. The OSPW for Campagnolo is compatible with all Campagnolo electronic rear derailleur (EPS) and all rear derailleur with a mounting sleeve - no matter the age and model. At this point, this OSPW System is not compatibile with the Campagnolo 12-speed Record and Super Record derailleurs. Please Note: Some models of Campagnolo rear derailleurs, including all EPS models, do not feature a B-limit adjustment. For those derailleurs it may not be possible to fit a 32 tooth cassette successfully on some bikes.

The hooks should not be mounted on plastic or glass edges. The angle of the rack can be adjusted to suit the shape of your car. Will it fit my bikes? The LifeLine Rear Mount Triple bike rack has three wide jaws along each arm, these can be pivoted to match the angle of the tubing of the bike frame. Adult and youth size bikes with a conventional front and rear triangle frame design will fit. Bike frames without a defined top tube will not fit without an optional bar accessory that fits between the stem and seatpost. Please note, the rack is not designed to fit small childs bikes, tandem bikes, tricyles, recumbents or other unconventional bike types.
