The Lifeline dual height front wheel riser block enables you to level your bike whilst indoor training. Just rotate the riser block 90 degrees to select between heights.
The block is robust and allows a smooth rotation of your front wheel. This is brilliant when you're putting in big efforts as the slight movement enables a more fluid training experience. The rotation also reduces the strain you're putting through the front wheel. Stable and Immersive Swivel Riser Block This experience-enhancing addition is 14cm at its highest point and has a wider and narrower moulded recess for both Road and MTB tyres. The inner channel measures 30mm at its widest and the outer recess will accommodate tyres up to 65mm. Plus, its swivel mechanism has enough friction to enable a fluid-controlled movement that is reassuring when on the bike.
