Hardened steel reamer scours hole, inserts plug and inflates tyre for an efficient and rapid repair. CNC-machined twist knob manually controls release of CO2 gas. Aluminium canister holds the five included tyre plugs and safely stores the reamer when not in use. High quality tyre plugs aggressively seal holes that are too large to be sealed by sealant alone (hole size varies from tyre to tyre). Sleek, compact design fits in a pocket or straps to your bike. The Air-Liner is a high-quality polymer insert, which replaces a portion of the air volume in the tyre. This trait, combined with the shape, provides a tunable system that enhances your ride performances. The Air-Liner destroys the traditional compromise of stability versus grip and allows your tyres to remain stable, grippy and controlled, even at low pressures. Upon impact, the corner edges of the channel flex first, and progressively build to the thicker portion, as the tyre is compressed.
