This Urban Iki MTB / ATB adapter is a smart solution for mounting on sports bikes. With the MTB / ATB adapter you can easily mount an Urban Iki front seat on bicycles with a front fork tube with a diameter of 28.6 mm (1 1/8 inch). Just as all Urban Iki its mounting options, mounting is simple and quick. The adapter also comes with an extension to add the windshield, and if you don t want the shield then there s a little cap supplied to cover the mounting system keeping things nice and neat. Mounting is simple and quick just like all other Urban Iki products.
With a Compact Adapter, mounting is possible on Ahead handlebars with and or stems with a limited mounting space of up to 1.9 cm. With various inserts, the Compact Adapter fits on handlebar stems with a diameter of 21 to 28 mm. The Compact Adapter has been developed in such a way that the mounting of an Urban Iki bicycle seat is always possible in combination with a windshield. If a windshield is not mounted, there is a cover cap that neatly covers the mounting bracket. Naturally, this mounting option has also been tested to the European standard EN14344 and approved by the renowned independent TÜV institute.
