Our most popular jersey, thanks to the warmth and excellent moisture management of our Warmer brushed-fleece fabric; the clean, purposeful design; and the large reflectivity panels on the chest and below the pockets on the back. Warmer fabric is a thickly brushed polyester fleece giving comfortable warmth with excellent moisture management. Reflective panels on front and back Gripper elastic at waist 3 rear pockets Easy-sliding YKK® Vislon® zipper. The third generation of the Puro Jersey, our most popular winter jersey, is better than ever. The thickly brushed fabric is warm inside yet with excellent breathability with enough stretch for non-restrictive fit. The reflective panels front and back provide excellent day and night visibility. Otherwise it's a no-nonsense technical piece aimed at comfort and warmth while making you look good.
If you had to choose one jersey to do it all, this would be the one. The name kind of says it all: Endurance. For your long rides, a jersey needs to be able to do it all, offering comfort, carrying capacity, a wide temperature range with sun protection, and good aerodynamics. This jersey checks all those boxes. The comfort comes from a close-to-body fit with stretchy fabrics so it doesn't feel tight. Four different fabrics keep you dry while covering every temperature range from mild to hot. And extra comfort comes from details like the flap behind the zipper to protect your neck and the stretch sleeves with raw-cut edges that never bind or constrict. The pockets feature Castelli's drop-pocket design, which places the pockets lower on the back for easier access. There's even a fourth zippered pocket for valuables. Your long rides and even your short rides will be faster with less effort because this jersey is also highly aerodynamic, especially through the sleeves and shoulders, which feature the same fabric used on several generations of our pro-level race jerseys. The old saying is jack of all trades, master of none. The Endurance Pro Jersey really is master of all. Endurance and all-around jersey with mix of aerodynamics, comfort, and convenience Velocity dimpled fabric on front and shoulders for faster drying Air Mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending Multifilament fabric on back blocks 94% of UV rays Nervato fabric at armholes for improved aerodynamics Full-length YKK® Vislon® zipper with neck protector Silicone gripper elastic at waist Zippered security pocket Drop-pocket design for optimal pocket placement 16°-35°C / 61°-95°F Weight: 147g
The Sportful Loom Thermal Jersey is unique in construction and style. Made from a printed polyester jacquard fabric it has the visual effect of a hand-loomed fabric. The weight of the fabric makes the long sleeve jersey ideal for autumn and spring, or as an extra layer underneath a jacket in winter. The jersey has a new 3 rear pocket design. The pockets have a gusset at the bottom to expand capacity if needed, so you can be sure you have enough supplies with you, or extra layers. Key Features Long sleeve jersey in polyester fabric Geometric jacquard fabrics and print for contrast design Full-length front zipper 3 back pockets with gusset to expand capacity Stretch tape at the waist and end of sleeves 15'+ C

When Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. Back then, aero was only for TTs. Performance clothing meant moisture management. And you could win the Tour de France with a baggy jersey that was little more than a polyester T-shirt. Even our aerodynamic consultants expected limited gains, so we named the jersey Split Second, though, like now, we thought even small gains were worth pursuing. In the end the gains were pretty substantial, and we completely revolutionized the look of the pro peloton. We're now on the sixth major revision of our aero jersey. Each generation has become more aero and better fitting. The Aero Race 6.0 benefits heavily from CFD analysis of wake flow in the riding position for fabric and seam placement. It also benefits from pro riders' feedback, as we've worked to make the jersey comfortable for their long hours of training and then racing in every possible weather condition. CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction Engineered for aero efficiency at 30 to 55 km/h Airflow shoulder construction Velocity Rev2 fabric on front and sleeve 3D mesh back for breathability Elbow-length stretch sleeves with raw-cut edge YKK® Vislon® zipper Drop tail allows perfect pocket placement while keeping jersey fitting well at waist 18-35°C / 64-95°F Weight: 109 g

Just as the name says, the Castelli Emergency 2 Rain Jacket is the go-to for emergency rain protection. Castelli has made the jacket completely waterproof with a 10,000mm water column rating. It is compact enough to take up only half a jersey pocket, so you can stash it away with ease and it wont take up too much cargo room. The jacket has a slight stretch and has a superb on-bike fit with enough room to still fit over a Gabba or any thicker winter jacket. The Emergency 2 has all the trappings. A waterproof zipper seals out the rain, a long tail provides extra coverage, the wrist closures fit over gloves, and the 360 reflectivity makes this an ideal friend on dark country lanes or when commuting through the city. The only compromise Castelli has made with this jacket is it is less breathable than its topflight rain jackets. The reason? Simply to make this jacket more affordable. Available in a mute military green for those seeking an understated look or high vis orange for some welcome visibility. Key Features Deluge Light 2.5-layer waterproof fabric with 10,000mm water column Slight stretch for excellent fit in riding position Folds into half a jersey pocket Stuff pocket integrated into mesh vent at top of back Waterproof zipper and contrast seam sealing water out 360 reflectivity 6 18C / 43 64F Weight: 149g (M)

A short specifically designed for use with a gravel bike: a special pad and three mesh pockets to increase the cargo capacity. Whether you want to tackle Dirty Kanza or a gravel experience of many hours (or days), you won't be able to do without it. WHO IS IT FOR? For those who like to push their limits on gravel. For those who spend many hours in the saddle or participate in gravel races and are looking for the best ally able to provide comfort, performance, visibility, and additional pocket capacity. The feedback we receive on our top-of-the-line gravel short is, in most cases, quite direct and positive. Those who have tried it have fallen in love with it for a number of reasons that make it our absolute favorite product for gravel races or long-distance adventures. Let’s start with the things you’ll notice immediately: two back pockets and a mesh side pocket on the left leg. We designed them because we know how important it is to have plenty of space on these occasions. Energy bars, bananas, knives, lighters, gloves, arm warmers — in recent years we’ve seen our customers put pretty much everything in those pockets! Next up, the fit: it’s a garment with a rather race-oriented approach. The first time you put it on, it will seem quite compressive due to its structure and the very important upper part that will help you on longer rides. Once you’re on the bike, though, you won’t even notice it this is the strong point of this garment. A race fit offering almost “tourist-level” comfort. The seat pad is our DMS pad, designed specifically for gravel, which combines different density levels with a smaller shape than other pads. We’ve placed and sewn it in a different position than what we use for our road shorts, to perfectly correspond to the position of the body — which is different on a gravel bike — and to the necessary movement on the roughest roads. And for those who also ride at night, there are, of course, reflective details on the sides of the legs, for maximum visibility. WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT? Additional mesh pockets, DMS gravel-specific seat pad. The highest-performance short in our gravel line. Tried and tested in the most difficult races and trails in the world. PRODUCT FEATURES Mesh cargo pocket on left side and 2 pockets on back Reflective bands on lower part of legs Anatomic design for greater comfort and airflow
