The Shimano Disc Brake Flat Mount Adaptors convert post mount calipers to fit flat mount forks and frames. There is also an adaptor to convert a flat mount 140mm caliper to flat mount 160mm rear, to convert a flat mount 140mm to 160mm front simply rotate the 140mm front adaptor included with the brake.
